Just read an article http://www.realage.com/ct/tips/9097 that says we gals can lower our cholesterol and risk of heart disease by eating peanut butter and other nuts.

Don't know about the guys but don't know why it wouldn't work for them, too.

What do you think?

I found that eating a variety of nuts, seeds in my salads is a good way to include more nuts in my diet... I also like to add raisins and chunks of apple sometimes... I love to smear peanutbutter on a slice of crip apple... yum... and peanut butter on a saltine cracker is a great energy booter...

the recipe for making your own peanut butter temps me to try it... you'd cut out the prepackaged perservative that way... couldn't hurt...

thanks for the inspiration... Jocelyn
