Way to go!!! Please do pat yourself on the back. The network of friends may have helped direct you in the right way but it was you that made the right choices that gave you a awesome checkup!

As I add more and more friends to my world map with tiny little bead topped pins, it is like watching the world light up... Has anyone heard from Maxcat? I haven't found her on since comig back...I hope she is still here...

Great, Dan!! I am so proud of YOU and your understanding and supportive DR!! I love the support and knowledge here too, but when you get "kuddos" from your Dr. that is a special boost!! Great!! PR
daniel velazco replied July 28, 2009 11:54 PM Just a little up date, Bg's still stating with in normal range
Pat Roth replied July 29, 2009 12:50 AM Me too, Dan! With the success of everyone who goes to their Dr and is treated with respect, it reinforces my own shaky inner being, to at least, try it!! Hope, Faith--can't be denied!!! Best to ALL PR |

Yes, congratulations...but it was YOU that did the work!! Great job! Hugs! Sheila |
On Tuesday I had an appointment with my primary. Well the first thing they did was check my weight and then my Bs. I asked the nurse what my weight was and she said I lost 8 Lbs..
When she checked my Bg it was 125. When the Dr. can in he said he was really pleasd with the progress I was making.
I can't take all the credit for this , I have to thank
my DC family . I read all the discussions and check all the recipe's and It has really helped. I
have learned alot here and am still learning. So to all you Thank You , I couldn't have done it with out you. Again Thank You. Dan
