I have an addition on the frozen Cool Whip, what was available at our stores, and was disappointed in —it froze out the air, I guess, and was just a
vague trace of the cream left—but the frozen strawbery was delicious, so one might just freeze the strawberries, THEN use a low cal topping. have to read labels—but I guess that I can add that in my list of "Things to do!" ha—Good Luck on the sweets for the SWEET! PR

**YES YOU CAN HAVE ICE CREAM**
    ***MAKE YOUR OWN***

This is really good! Try it…

    ((Can't-Get-Any-Easier Ice Cream))

    1 can of Redi-Whip…

    That's it!

    Directions
Take the Redi-Whip and shake. Open it and spray in a round, freezer proof container. Spray in a circular motion, filling in the center last. Put top on and place in freezer. Wait 2-4 hours and you have a soft serve that tastes just like vanilla ice cream! You can use low carb candy and stir it in or sprinkle on top for a tasty alternative. My fave—-melt low carb peanut butter and drizzle on top. Yum-o!

    Nutritional Facts
    Servings- varies by can

Carbs- less than one gram per serving

Oh, brother, another wrinkle in the search for a bit of "sweet" Does anyone know about lactose products? I know that there is milk, is there a type of cream or cheese—-I swirled my Cool Whip into a dish this eve, stuck a whole strawberry in the center, so tomorrow I can have my SWEETS! Surely there is another way around the real cream thing! Good Luck to you!! Hugs, PR

Actually, I like fresh fruit with a LITTLE homemade whipped cream. I can just put a tiny bit of sugar in the whipping cream (fake stuff for those of you who can tolerate it) and maybe a little vanilla and eat a whole cup of strawberries! YUMMY! Go ahead, don't give it up totally, there are ways around it!
