Does anyone know about Nutri System D.? Has anyone used this system to lose weight??

I have read or heard that it is okay for a type II. As with any diet, make sure you talk with you doctor first.

If you start losing weight, you may need to have your medication adjusted. I did. Also because you are closely watching your calorie intake, this too can affect your medication.

I was on Weight Watchers and lost 30 pounds. I had to have mine adjusted because of it. I highly reccomend WW, though I no longer attend meetings. You learn good habits there and you have the group support of others in the same spot as yourself.

Hi Charla,

Our very own Diabetic Connect site has a link to the Nutri System D diet. You can go there and follow the links to find out what you need to know. I'd love to be able to use this diet, but it is way too expensive for me. They have great food and you can even chose items for your menu. The more money you pay, the better choices you have. lol Here is the link. Hope this helps.
