Sheila,
Look on the container for suggested use. It will tell you what the recommended daily amount is... I take double the recommended suggested use. No one can tell you how much you should take, it would require lab work from a doctor to know your specific need. but so far as I know, most medical labs are not directed to such general information. I know more doctors are runing labs for vitamin D3 deficiency now, but in general they don't test for vitamin deficiecies. Unless you go to a doctor who's practice is in alternative medicines, say, a homeopathic doctor. Most Insurances'only cover traditional resources. It can be risky to mix SOME,hebals with perscription drugs, so always do your research on what you put into your body... Your traditional medicine's doctor can tell you if the vitamins and herbs you take will conflict with your perscription medicine... You can always go on WebMD on line and get information too...

Omega 3 in in many foods, like wild Alaskan Salmon, and other fish. so if you are eating a lot of the foods that have it in it... you may be getting Omega's, 3 and 6 in your diet. the daily recommended dose is a good place to start. take care, Jocelyn

I suggest you find the foods which contain Omega 3 and Omega 6.

I've used cinnamon. It seems to work for me - for a while.
