hi all hope all are as good as can be today . iknow i am got home from hosp around 3pm and they found nothing happy day!and i can eat agan 3 days no food and a bg that went down to 46 not fun. but i am back and do not have any sings of cancer |

It's not in our control though. Just need to grin and bear it!!! I just feel sorry for those who are getting repeatedly flooded. They need our prayers.

hi all hope all are as well as can be today becouse i am. did not have a bg over 130 today . happy happy joy joy have not done that in a long time . the new me is comming out slow but sure . last week gave me the push i have been needing . i even think i have lost some of the extra pounds at least one or two . but not going to check quit yet want it to be much more.

Our original destination had been Cancun etc, but Hurricaine Wilma beat us there the night before--IMPRESSIVE> They re-routed us and we rode 20 foot waves, with plates flying off of the racks in the dining room, exciting! I am sooooo tired! I went swimming this afternoon for 2 hours, came home and fixed supper for my husband and I--my BS had dropped to 108 just before I went swimming, so i ate one slice of brown bread and 1 Tbls of peanut butter on the way to the pool, chased by a glass of water. Frankly, I am TOO TIRED to care what my BS is and am just going to bed and trust that God will care for me as I sleep, I am too tired to care. PR |

Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend with their friends and families.This year we didn't have any fireworks by the City......said it wasn't included in their budget....lol. I went over to visit my gfriend..she lives in a highrise apt.on the 15th.floor......we managed to see some fireworks from the nearby cities........what a 4th.of July.......... |

Hey, watching fireworks from a high rise? That sounds fantastic and didn't cost you a dime! I would like to report that after I ate those 2 small cinnamon rolls and one cup of 2% milk, my BS was 160, 2 hours later. Yuk!! BUT in 3 more hours it came down to 130, so now I will wish everyone a SWEET GOOD NIGHT!! And off to bed I go, the best part was I did NOT eat another bite of anything after that 160 reading, so guess that is what it is going to take, abstinance!!! PR |
