Play soccer, do yoga and archery, go swimming and cycling, run on a treadmill and use a rowing machine to change it up. I also watch a bunch of TV and spend far too much time driving from Cleveland to Columbus to go see the Columbus Crew home games. My routine is a little off right now but I'm still doing at least some of those each week.

JoJoCooks replied July 21, 2008 9:16 AM They do offer some sort of reimbursement. I will have to do some more checking. Thanks for reminding me about this.

For fun I play percussion in the Seattle Civic Band. We meet weekly 11 months of the year and have concerts at neighborhood fairs, retirements homes, and on July 4th, we have an old-fashioned Bang-up patriotic concert at the Ballard Locks. For exercise I garden, hike, walk, and never sit still. |
I hope that all of you are doing well. With the on and off heat & rain, what have you been doing lately for fun and exercise?
Myself, I've been slowly increasing my walking time from 30 minutes to 45 every other day (since I work all of the time on my feet), and I've been doing more photography and metal detecting.
Stay Healthy Everybody!
