Carb "Counting and Meal Planning" book from Novo Nordisk

This book was given to us by our daughter's dietitian, I like it because it not only explains carb grams and how to count them but tells you how to count carbs in foods that do not have labels, or homemade foods such as breads, soups, pasta dishes and baking goods such as cookies and pies and cakes.
I did not find this book in the Book Club Section, or a way to add it so I thought I would recommend it here. It is part of the "Changing Life with Diabetes" series and a very helpful book for those who aren't sure about how to count carbs or just need a refresher course in carb counting
