Me too Roger. 1 ambein and my CPAP and I'm good to go.
time to use that cpap have to get up at 4 am for my job going down in side a hydro electric dam to clean out some pipes see you all some time 3/4/9
I haven't gone for the sleep study yet (due to no insurance) to be properly diagnosed with sleep apnea, but I use an inhaler before I sleep and that seems to help me sleep really well. No idea if I'm snoring though.
the way i have a quiet night without snoring, is to go to the other bedroom to sleep!
That is the best one.
Exactly highland. My husband and I have separate bedrooms. He is at one end of house I am at the other. His snoring is bad. also it is because he works nights and sleeps days, so I do not have to be quite in the room. I love it this way. We have done this for years.
and it makes date night fun and you get to wonder whos place you mite go to tonight?
Thank You for the info.
