well I have just found this site and have so far found it very helpful. But was very curious to those that are more familiar with the site, what are some of the most helpful things on the site? By the way I want to say how cool it is that people want to become your friends so fast. Thank you for all those that have become my friends so fast, I am looking forward to becoming friends with so many more of you.

    Welcome !
In my opinion the best thing about this site is the people and their advice ( debates and discussions aside ) you can recieve varied information on various subjects given in good faith, what more can you ask for ?
Great Friends, Great Site, Great Info, Welcome Aboard !

    Hello terrat8 and welcome,

Thanks for reaching out. I am curious to hear what people like best on the site. I personally love the Product Reviews, Recipes and Book Club areas — stuff you can't get elsewhere!

Take care, and enjoy the connections.

What I like best on this site is the info you get from everyone else. I have learned more from this site than anywhere else. Plus you get a lot of support from everyone.

I think it is up to each person individually. Some are here just to learn new recipes. So want to learn more about the diease, some here just like to help with situations they've already been tru. I think LadyDi explained it well. Just start and click around, There are always subjects that peak my interest. Enjoy and have some fun while learning…Debe

Welcome! Like the others said, I find the discussions helpful. Most categories cover just about any question you have. You might have to scroll through several pages, but if you keep going you normally find what you're looking for. If you don't find it, just ask. Don't worry if someone else has ask the question in the past. Welcome again, Angie

I'm glad to see you joined our group!! The best way to learn your way around, at least it was for me, is to just starting clicking on some of the links, etc. see where they take you. I have been here for a while, and I am still learning. Good luck.

Hi, glad to see you found us. Yes, this site is very helpful, and if you can not find a subject that you want, you can do a discussion search and type in the key words.

Most discussions are in proper category, but some get carried through to others,; however, all are good.

You'll see in the menu to the left all that is available to you. It's pretty self explanatory. I would suggest exploring each topic, especially the ones that interest you. The Discussions are categorized, so you can select the ones that interest you. The Recipe section is wonderful and very helpful, as is the Book Club. Product Reviews is also interesting and helpful. Be sure to review the News & Articles, as there's tons of info there. Welcome aboard. I know you'll find this site very helpful.
