it is things like yesterday I did not eat in the morning and i was 132 and then I had lunch at 11:00 and had a 1' long sub with extra meat on wheat and then tested at 3:20 in the after noon and it was down to 117 went home and hade a honey chicken and mashed taters for dinner and tested at 9:00 before bed and it was 98 then got up at 5:15 and tested and it was 100 —— still cucfussed had sweet with chicken and carbs in mashed taters and the foot long sub at lunch total walking for the time frame was 4 miles
