Ahhh, the internet. There is a plethora of information out there. Some good, some not so good. So how do you know who is telling you the things you really need to know? It is hard and it also kind of depends on what you are seeking in your treatment or control of your own diabetes.

I find all kinds of great information out there, but I will also ask you guys what you have heard or experienced with certain things. Because we all know we are so different and things react differently for each of us. That is why conflicting information doesn't "bother" me so much. I try to keep an open mind whether I am looking for old school answers, expert input or even some out of the box thinking.
