Well I did this quiz to see where I was. I actually got a 31 which the answer for that is Your stress state of mind is: stressed out.
Now remember of the hardship that is 15 days ago that struck my daughter and our family. Yet everyday I do my best not to get melancholy upset or terribly distraught for I know it affects my BG's. Yet not one doctor other than the one who ordered my "chill" pill which I take rarely if at all, has been any kind of help. Let alone those people around me. I have found to my misery who my real friends are and who arent.
Yet I know who is here and there are many of you.
So if you need me to whatever I will do what I can as best as I can for you whenever.

HI!
This is great. Thanks for sharing it. It is always important to stay on top of your stress, to know your stress triggers, your stress symptoms, and what works for you to reduce your stress when you find yourself in the middle of a stress reaction. There are lots of ways to chill, and to find your way back to the center. We all have an approach that works best for us.
I hope you are doing well!
Gary

That is true but I am like an information hound…If I find something that will help another I share it. Hence the post.

I just figured if it helps me it would maybe help someone else out. As well as some things dont necessarily help me but it may help another. Thus knowledge shared is good for aquiring knowledge and not sharing is a waste. Now I have passed it on so will another in time. Hugs

33 was my total. Guess I'm stressed out. No kidding. Too many people in & out of the house, our stuff just walking out - again. My boyfriend lets people call at all hours of the night and day. He lets them come over 24/7, whether or not I object. Yeah, stressed beyond belief LOL!

Considering I had to have an unexpected parent/teacher meeting about my sons grades yesterday, I seem to be doing well. I was highly stressed yesterday but have been fairly stress free overall for this past month.

Yes, deep breathing helps. Also if it's a situation that's not too serious, finding humor in it, or anything that makes me laugh, relieves the stress as well.

Glad to hear you are doing better. I would hate to have to feel the way you did when you were that stressed out. More pictures of bees. Lots more pictures of bees.

Can hardly wait for bee season to get here. Did try to shoot a few snowflakes 1 day, too cold outside and they melted too fast when brought inside.
Had to get a replacement for my old camera. The battery door latch broke. New camera has more mega pixels. Now I will really be giving hubby competition in "Best Shot of the Day" contest. I usually win since I made up the contest and all the rules. Plus am a panal of 1 in determining who wins. -

Breathe in deeply, Breathe out deeply. And remember to keep on breathing. I distract myself by trying to learn Danish. Discovered my soul music is Danish techno, pop, hip hop and rap. My favorite artists have the ocean and wind mixed into their music. A few songs and tension eases away.
Also playing with a camera. For my new phone I found a kalieidoscope ap. I use a glass marble kaleidoscope with my digital camera for fun photos. Much easier with the phone and it does moving pictures. -

Yes, mine was a 30. I was so stressed one day after work, that I drove over by my church, desperately looking for a lay minister, and the church had just closed…I'm not mad at the church at all, but , I thought to myself " Now, WHY when I need to talk to someone the most, is this happening?"—-ANNE
