Happy happy joy joy!!!!

Hello everyone!!! I have just received the BEST news ever!! My doctor's office just called and told me that my a1c is 6.2. Back in Sept is was 11.4. Thank you Jesus!!!! Praise the Lord!!!! I actually cried a little bit, I'm so happy!!!!

Kudos to you…you have obviously found the right combination of diet, exercise and meds! Nice work on getting a good A1c. Keep doing what you're doing

I want to thank all of y'all here at DC!!! I thank God for leading me here!!!! Y'all are such an inspiration to me!!! If it wasn't for all the info about diet and exercise, I know I wouldn't be doing so well. Once again THANK YOU!!!! :)

congratulations…but stay vigilant and continue to do what you are doing right. i was 6.2 after coming down from 12.2…i celebrated…!!! needless to say i crept back to 8.6..and it is hard getting it down but its going down…wanted to share…
