Like "I was diagnoised as a type 2 diabetic in May of 2010.I joined a gym and got a personal trainer,I have lost 100 pounds,my diabetis is controlled by my diet and exercise,my 3 month blood sugar level test at 106,but I had to learn a whole way to eat,I use to have sleep apnea and high blood pressure which I no longer have,and I have a lot more energy,but I still test my blood sugar 2x a day,and exercise 3x a week,I am still a diabetic,but my diet has really changed,now I eat healthy,and I control my blood sugar with diet and exercise."
