It has been shown that fat consumption along with carbohydrate consumption is what causes the problem. I cook full fat. Fry foods in rendered pork fat. I eat only regular foods, no low fat or fat free anything. My numbers don't lie. My cholesterol is 172. My triglycerides are 39! That is no typo, triglyceries are only 39. My coronary risk factor is 3.8 which is far below the average of 5.5. "
