Like "Make a meal for 4 (more or less depending on what you feel like), split it into portions and freeze and/or refrigerate what you don't eat. That way you can potentially save money buying ingredients (and not waste them), it's easier to make a larger meal than just for 1 and you will always have something on hand to eat if you don't feel like cooking. Invest in some good containers for freezing and maybe a food saver or other vacuum packer and you're all set."
