Like "not as far as I know. In diabetes class, I only heard about how carrots and corn could be and of course, white potatoes. I do well with all veggies, but I do limit the corn,and potatoes, but I do eat more sweet potato and enjoy that just as much as white. I try to eat more beans than I used to, good for fiber and just all around good to eat for many reasons. Can't wait to get broccoli, califlower, and greens from the garden soon."
