Like "I have the same problem but I take a water pill, but it sounds like the samething. So i would tell you to get some Potassium Chloride, an when you feel the cramp or pain take one an see if it doesnt go away, I take 3 to 4 tablets a week just so i dont get the pain in the legs in the middle of the nite. If the body is low on Potassium you will get pain in the mussles or cramps if you try to streach your legs.. Or eat a lot of banana`s for they are full of it......"
