Like "After exercise I am real low 68/80, especially in the yard cleaning out my flowers. That also makes you sweat. Once I start to sweat real good I know Its time to eat. Note, I always do this early while its cool. Other time like in the afernoon or evenings when I have been busy in the house I don't realize I am ready for food. Then I get this noodle like feeling in my lower body bit by bit. Either way soda,chocolate and any candy like skittles, sunburst. That stuff is fast. "
