Like "Hi Monalisa.Start with a small breakfast 7am, snack at 9am, lunch 12 noon 1 cup rice 1/2 cup beans,portion of meat stay away from fried food,bake or broil if possible, snack at 2pm dinner before 5pm same portion as lunch exercise around 7 pm walk for 30 minutes if you can do more great or joging, drink your regular supply of water always drink 100% juice 6oz per serving no soft drinks with sugar, I know you will be starving you can fill up with cucumber, water cressels all you can eat its free, or pick on green vegetables, You will get your BS down.
