Like "Yikes! I got on the scale yesterday morning and my weight is now up to where it was 3 years ago! I just don't get it. Believe me, I am really careful about my diet and I continue to do cardio and strength training despite the weight gains. I am not a depressive person, I get plenty of sleep and I am not tired - just some occasional aches and pains. I am thinking that I should maybe forget the weight loss and just concentrate on healthy choices. Any thoughts?"
