Like "I feel the same way, in sharing info with this kind group! We even discuss topics that some might not consider relative, but I think that they are, suppressing anger, for example--that can be the basis for NOT wanting to comply with a carfully chosen food style, exercise, "I WILL NOT!" My own attitude for a long time!! When I see others that feel the same way, YET overcome those negative feelings, it helps me far mORE than, Oh, you shouldn't feel and act like that! Well, of course we shouldn't BUT-----I have type 2 and am now balancing my diet, exercise, learning to express myself better- and my numbers are coming down---it took 3 years, but if I hadn't drug my feet, or fought the diagnosis so hard, it MIGHT have happened sooner, but, better late than never!!
