Like "i have to have a balance with some protein if i would eat cereal which i rarely do. Eggs/ sausage or bacon and fruit such as berries and apples. It is learning what works for you. We are all different. I can not eat just oatmeal, I have to have a fruit and protein. I make up hard boiled eggs about 8 a head of time so when I wake up there already done. Have them ready for 4 days. "
