Like "Many of us here follow a low carb high fat diet. I didn't look up the carbs on the shreded wheat but a 1/4 cup of steel cut oats comes to 27 to 29 grams + the blueberries. Some here restrict the daily carbs to 15 or 20 grams. Others less then 100. You will have to find what foods work for you. I have not had good luck taking the diet advice of 3 different nutritionists. Some here will soon be offering good advice."
