Like "Hi Paula. Its a scary thing to be told to do something ..or else! Low carb eating - good amount of protein - cardio exercises are the way to go to get that BS number down ! I can only tell you what I did and still do - no more bread, pasta, potatoes, absolutely NO SUGAR! I also cut out all fruits with the exception of berries. I take it farther and have cut out grains and legumes. But thats just me. I was able to ditch meds within 5 months and have been med free for over 2 years now. Start tonight - protein and veggie for dinner (no corn or peas for me) then go for a walk! And yes - testing yourself is a must."
