Also, decided against the fish oil and eat sardines w/cheddar cheese instead. I had no idea about the clotting and very much appreciate your mentioning that -- good luck with your fasting! After reading your and Steve's posts, I am planning a smaller "window" of meals every day and cutting back my calories. Did it yesterday (5 hour window with salad and pork chop at 4pm) and my BG was down about 40 points this morning from my average!!"
