In the past I supplemented my diet with fish oil and steered clear of bacon, sausage and processed meats. I never eat fish, but plan to step that up, after reading the articles. If I could learn to love sardines or herring, I think it would satisfy my "snack attacks" and salt cravings. Also, plan to cut back on the butter and use more olive oil, as I did in the past.
