Like "Is it sugar or sweets that you are craving? There are atrificial sweeteners out there that are sweeter than sugar. You can make cookies, bake cakes, Make ice cream, cook just about anything that you can do with sugar, you can do with artifical sweeteners. And we tend to be a creative bunch so if it can be made, someone here has tried to make it and has either accomplished or failed at that type of cooking. If its chololate or somthing like that, there are sugar-free (Other than pure sugar) type chocolates and if so, you really like the real stuff, eat some, Just watch the portions and work it into your diet.
