Like "I just want to say thanks everyone for joining in. Edie and I have had this kind of post since last year, and it was getting very slim (unlike us!) It is great to see so many of you joining us and helping us stay motivated. Today was so weird for me. I started really high 201 early this morning, I had 2 low carb wraps with tuna for breakfast and before lunch I was 160. Then after working hours in the garden, raking, planting, digging, and so on...I had a 181 before dinner. I was very bad for dinner. I had chinese for dinner and it was more than I should have. But man it tasted good. I rarely eat it anymore, because I can't skip the fried rice. We will see what the morning holds for me."
