Like "Not a flipping clue....I was a little upset when I read the list of things to avoid I found on several websites..almonds..peanuts (omg I love my peanut butter)..pine nuts....it also says to limit your consumption of veggies like broccoli and cauliflower..brussel sprouts and a few others and that a gluten free diet is best...I did however, after much searching today find tapioca bread...glory to God..it has a few more carbs than the almond flour bread but it is soft and yummy and okay for thyroid issues......"
