Like "Honey, 300 is still much, much too high. Your BS should be between 75 and 120. The closer to 75 the better. I agree that it's still a sight better than the 600, but the numbers are still too high. Get some help, I don't know who you should see (obviously someone that cares) or what you should do, but get those numbers down. Your health depends on it. In the meantime, do some exercise, go take a 20-minute walk, but just don't sit around. You have to keep moving. "
