Like "Hi everyone. Thanks for all the great responses. Currently, I've only been tracking my glucose levels once a day for 18 days. Testing after a different meal each day. My current glucose average is 135. I've been working hard to change my diet these last few weeks -- it's been hard! I've also increased my exercise routine to include more days of the week. I just wanted to know what's the optimum time to exercise after eating to get the most effectiveness in lower my glucose level.
