Like "Try drinking a glass of water mixed with lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar about 1/2 hour before eating. Are you eating enough protein and vegetables? Are you still eating 'white' foods? What about trying brown rice or wild rice? Spaghetti squash instead of pasta? I know it's frustrating trying to find the right combination but it can be done.
