Like "Hi MrsCDogg, Very interesting post. Self-talk can be a big help in dealing with anxiety and panic. And I wouldn't underestimate what a counselor might tell you. We often talk to our clients about self-talk, how they can talk themselves out of anxiety and panic by using positive messages, as well as standing up to it. This might be a good conversation to have with a counselor, as well as to learn about other techniques, like relaxation exercises, that you can use. Thanks for sharing this! Gary "
