Like "Welcome Fi ... Soda water? Like club soda? Pretty much just water that is infused with carbon dioxide, so a good choice for a diabetic.. Coconut and almond "milk" are fine and have some health benefits (make sure they are unsweetened) but wondering why you gave up dairy? There is some evidence to suggest that coconut sugar might have some nutritional advantage over table sugar ... but it is still sugar and IMO should be avoided or at least used very sparingly. Big fan of coconut oil, so no issues from me on that ... use it every day. Steve"
