Like "My typical breakfast is salad. Yep....salad with protein and seeds added to it. Or I do sauteed veggies with egg tossed in fresh spinach. Often I do left overs from dinner the night before. I am not beholding to breakfast foods. I try to eat very low carb in the morning since I tend to be higher in the morning and drop throughout the day. Once in a while I will pop in some Eggo waffles and put cream cheese on them instead of syrup with maybe some fresh berries. But I don't do that very often just because of how my body works. Have you tried having your muffin with some butter and maybe a slice or two of bacon? Test after that and see what your body tells you are your limits. You may just have to have a smaller muffin, but you can still have that taste. "
