Like "It's a good thing the wagon is low to the ground and if a burger and fries are your tumble, then you are doing okay. Perfection is not required. Most of us struggle from time to time and after the first year, it's often what happens. Reality sinks in, that this is for the long haul. But you can do it. My cave in's usually include some kind of ice cream. You will find that you can cave in once in a while. Just get back on the wagon before it gets too far ahead of you and you have to work harder to catch it again. I've been at that point too, and getting right back on is MUCH easier."
