Like "Once a week my family has "Ice Cream Night". Iam the only one in my house with diabetes. I keep "lite" whipped cream in my freezer, so when everyone else is making thier sundaes, I get a couple of tablespoons of frozen "lite" whipped cream, only about 3 carbs and 25 calories. You can even find sugar free caramel and chocolate syrups if you want. It's even better with a little fresh fruit mixed in!!!!"
