Like "Impressed that you lost weight while on vacation. I am sure you know this but it would really benefit you to to maintain a steady weight loss all the way to your targeted weight. Bouncing back and forth is not only frustrating and demoralizing it is also potentially harmful to your health. You have to commit to saying good-bye forever to your old eating habits and make healthy eating your new "normal". Trust me ... I know how hard it is ...
