Like "Sometimes I get lows when being stressed, but I realise later that it was because of the stress I didn't eat right. I am working on not allowing stress to take over me. But I have learned from experience as a type 2 diabetic to always keep a package of glucose tabs with me, just in case I have a low spell when I don't have access to food. Talk to your doctor and?or dietician and they can give you some pointers especially for you, we all react different to different things, and situations. Best Wishes!"
