Like "Within the last year I’ve pretty much formed logic to write them all off as bogus claims. I made the mistake early in my education to sign up with a whole foods group who’s weekly newsletter always included some formula, shake, spice, super food, smoothie, blah, blah, blah that claimed better diabetic health. Quite frankly, very few people who signed up were “naturally healthy” people, but largely health “reborn” folks coming out of poor lifestyle choices. Diabetes, weight loss, nutrition, and even mental illness – if any of these “beneficial” products did what they claimed; they’d be making millions selling them to pharmaceutical companies and wouldn’t need to direct market to us. Of course you can design some good conspiracy theories around that, but the fact remains that all the above has yet to be “cured” so it’d have to be one hell of a conspiracy I think."
