Like "Dr Whitaker, at least in the book I have, just recommends for the most part to adjust your diet and move your body. I did just that after reading his book and brought my numbers way down. I don't take any exotic vitamins. If folks would just do that they would probably be successful. This is not the answer for everyone. Some people do need meds. I am trying to hold off. This works for me. I definitely do not think he is a quack. He seems to say just what the nutritionist told me when I first was diagnosed. Only he doesn't suggest getting on meds.
