When I was first diagnosed, I ate mostly egg whites, and I cut back on the yolks and cholesterol readings after a few months were good. then I ate more egg yolks, about 3 per week or so, and a few months later, got it checked again, just as good. But different for different people. I have read articles lately that suggest that the yolks are not as bad as previously thought. I don't know. "
