Like "i think talking is a great way of dealing with stress!! theres been loadsa times when i felt over whelmed with, family, friends, work and college issues that everthing just stops operating and making sense. Sometimes i feel the need to stop, sit down and talk about it!! Writing your feelings in a diary might help!! Putting your thoughts into logic onto paper might help gain a little perspective. you also dont get that feeling of "oh dear, im layign all my problems on you and you have your own to worry about!" listening to music and cooking does it for me iswell!!"
