Like "The best way I personaly deal with stress is thru my Tae Kwon Do. I find when I get stressed, if I practice one of my forms, or some of the various techniques, then my stress level goes down. If I'm not in a place or position where I can do that, Such as on an airplane, (hee hee), then I try meditation or deep breathing. One of my dear friends, also a Diabetic, has various nature sounds, (like a waterfall), on her Ipod that she listens to. I hope this helps a bit. John"
