Like "Since I am not able to run, then walking is best for me. I have also found out that even the speed is not the sole determining factor for walking to be healthful. Even if you just walk at a normal pace, you are still burning calories. I had a back injury about three years ago. I could hardly walk at all. A friend gave me a walker. Thank God for friends! I was slowly able to regain my walking ability. Now I can virtually out-walk my husband! Shhhhh, don't let him hear this!!! ;0) "
