Like "Skip the lotions and go for balms. I got my cracked heels fixed up with foot balms such as Flextol. I also soaked in Listerine and Epsom salts and would scrape off the dead skin on my heels. I would soak, scrub, moisturize and put on socks. Once the cracks were gone and healed up, I started using coconut oil exclusively on my feet. It is not only natural, long lasting and smells good, but it also has antibacterial qualities that help keep my feet healthy."
