Like "I certainly let myself have a hamburger sometimes, there are many times I have a little too much fat, but I don't worry about it. once controlled, I think a person should do this sometimes, for me it helps me to stay on track when I am not overly strict about it, I allow many things, just in moderation but sometimes , I dont do moderation and that is every now and then and I just eat all I want and nothing wrong with that at times.I don't beat myself up over it anymore"
