Like "I'm the same way. My Doc and Endroc Doc says it can be beaten by eating the right foods and exercise. I work in front of a computer all day in a stressful enviroment and when i get done i want to eat dinner and chill by the tv. it's bad. and the food forget it. my god there is nothing to eat. looking at labels all the time and seeing how many low sugar crackers you can eat at one sitting. this is for the birds and i hate pricking my finger . I want it gone forever so i'm with you"
